Click Solicitors was set up in 2015 by Vivien Earp, a specialist employment solicitor, to provide a fairly priced, fixed fee service that puts the client first. We focus solely on employment law and take pride in the fact that advice is always provided by an experienced solicitor who is suitably qualified to help and offer straight forward solutions.
As an alternative to going down the traditional Employment Tribunal route to resolve conflicts at work, we also offer a Mediation in the Workplace service provided by our fully accredited Workplace Mediator. This helps parties move toward an agreed resolution in a positive and constructive way, usually within one day.
We’re a small, friendly team which offers a truly personal service, designed to give your case as much time and attention as is needed. We have extensive legal experience, with a proven track record, and will be with you from start to finish so you have the peace of mind that someone’s always on your side.
Meet the team
Vivien is the founder of Click Solicitors and is an experienced employment solicitor who has worked in both the private and not for profit sectors. She has considerable experience across all aspects of employment law and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. She takes particular interest in cases involving disciplinary proceedings, unfair dismissal and HR problems.
